Hello, I'm Kayla, the owner and personal trainer behind Mindful Motion Matters. I am NASM certified, CPR/AED certified, and specializing in corrective exercise. I'm excited you're here! I have a passion for the fitness industry as fitness has without a doubt, changed my life. If you're here, it means you're hoping it will change your life too. And I promise, it will! My programs are easy to follow and tailored specifically for you! I know, stepping foot in the gym can be intimidating. That's why my service is unique. I will bring the exercises to you! I am eager to meet you, and help you take the next step in building your confidence, independence, and strength. Mindful Motion Matters is ready to help you reach your goals.
